FMAH logo

The Fibromyalgia Association of Houston, Inc. is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those affected directly and indirectly with Fibromyalgia Syndrome, as well as promoting better understanding of FMS among medical and health professionals and within the community.

In a positive atmosphere, we provide free monthly patient support meetings, counseling and up-to-date literature on FMS. Our goal is to enable patients and their families to cope with the disease and take control of their lives.

FMAH is governed by a board of directors that establishes policy, oversees daily operations and business affairs. There are no paid employees. Volunteers provide staffing and administrative services, publish a quarterly newsletter, and carry out public education programs.
